trabajadores que menos ganan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chilpancingo, Gro., 06 de noviembre.- La eficiencia y austeridad en el manejo de los recursos p\u00fablicos de Chilpancingo, as\u00ed como el incremento de la recaudaci\u00f3n propia, ha permitido no solo un avance sin precedente en adeudos oficiales hist\u00f3ricos, sino tambi\u00e9n en actos de justicia social para todos los trabajadores, afirm\u00f3 la presidenta municipal, Norma Otilia Hern\u00e1ndez Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la conferencia de los d\u00edas lunes, la presidenta detall\u00f3 el avance que se ha tenido en materia de prestaciones hacia los trabajadores y destac\u00f3 que es un acto de justicia social al que se comprometi\u00f3 a su llegada al gobierno y no un logro de alguien en espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El titular de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n, Francisco Apreza M\u00e9ndez explic\u00f3 que, por instrucciones de la presidenta municipal Norma Otilia Hern\u00e1ndez Mart\u00ednez y gracias a la eficiencia administrativa y a medidas de austeridad se han cubierto cerca de 60 millones de pesos de adeudos hist\u00f3ricos hacia los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos de los rubros donde hab\u00eda estos rezagos son: Bono servidor p\u00fablico, prima vacacional, aguinaldo, d\u00edas extras, bono a elementos de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad, a polic\u00edas y a personal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, as\u00ed como est\u00edmulos y bono del D\u00eda del Padre, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los bonos no solamente han sido pagados en tiempo y forma, sino que tambi\u00e9n se han cubierto adeudos hist\u00f3ricos y se han incrementado desde un 7 por cierto hasta un 67 por ciento, siempre en un marco de responsabilidad y ajustado a lo que la ley contempla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora el m\u00ednimo de aguinaldo pasar\u00e1 de 45 a 60 d\u00edas; quienes ya ten\u00edan 60 d\u00edas pasar\u00e1n a 65 d\u00edas, los de 65 a 70, los de 70 a 75 mientras que quienes est\u00e9n en encima de esta cuota no tendr\u00e1n afectaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Este es un primer avance, vamos a seguir con estos esfuerzos para buscar nuevas formas de hacer justicia a nuestra base trabajadora de manera directa&#8221;, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb wp-block-pgcsimplygalleryblock-masonry \"
